Is Your Superior Bear Resemblance To The Pointy Headed Dilbert Boss Character?

By Marc Freedman

Essentially, the hamster style of management is not new to us, pet lovers. This is based on how we feed and take good care of our small buddies on its little cage. Did you notice how they react on foods that you gave? Did you observe its behavior inside the cage? Did you know the reason why management took place in a life of this little buddy? The answers are simple. First, hamsters do not bite the hands that feed them. Second, they do not have interest on the outside world but tend to explore on their small 'playground' inside the cage. Third, they do not eat the food you give but save it in one place.

Why hamster management? Perhaps the workplace setting is one big microcosm of the world - not unlike one gigantic Dilbert cartoon or TV episode in the making . When we talk about managing one company, personnel should always look at the managers with respect. They should follow what their managers say and ask. They should not betray the person who molds them into better persons and excellent employees. When it comes to plan, a manager should not do it alone.

He was then amazed about the workplace and said to the press "the management and delegation of the tasks are so impressive!" He also observed how people worked without assistance. Do you know why? It was because there was an equal delegation of work to each employee. The tasks were suitable with the personnel's' physical capabilities and abilities. When one interviewer asked him the purpose of the action, he promptly answered her with a smile "I want to know how this branch works and how great the management is." He did this for a purpose and not to pose a threat to each worker.

Managers are the best players in this industry. This is highest rank in a marketing position that each worker aims. However, what was the principle of Spiderman related to power and responsibility? According to him 'with great power comes with great responsibility.' and being a manager comes with lots of tasks.

The hamster style of management is one of the best tactics that every manager must know. It is a safe technique for novice managers and of course, for beginners who do not have enough grasps in marketing industries. Can you imagine a life without incompetent managers? Can you imagine how easy the things are?
